Wanted to rent there so i had to put in an application. During the application process it requires you to give a $200 security deposit. Thought that was super odd but had every intention of renting so didnt think anymore of it.Ended up not being able to rent due to not enough pay history at my new job, ok no biggie what can anyone do?Lady said my deposit would be sent back in the mail as a check. No problem.4 months later no deposit return, drive across town to the leasing office because nobody returns my emails and the ladies in the office say if my app was cancelled then i dont get the money back. Its been nothing but great here. The staff has had a real turn around under Allison Ackermans leadership, becoming very communicative with any questions tenants have or things they need. Also the maintenance staff ha s been terrific, usually fixing up any maintenance request faster than their originally quoted time especially when Cecil is involved. more ... hide ...

Management rocks here now. Especially compared to the last person. The only reason for the 4 star is that some of the tenants dont deserve to be here based on the fact that they are rude, disrespectful, have records and in most cases, not up to par with what is needed to be decent in society. Get it together. There are some people that are really cool though too so dont let that hype fool ya. some people genuinely need this place and its great that they can be here. im just glad management is more no nonsense now a days. peace more ... hide ...
