UPDATE:We have been gone since September 2021 and they are still trying to charge us for utilities and damages when we paid for utilities and the entire unit was remodeled. We paid utilities with our last rent and then p aid $134.61 on September 3, 2021 and it even states FINAL water, trash, gas, and electric so why are we being charged another $150 in utilities?? No one will answer or respond to my email about trying to scam us out of more money. We left that apartment in better shape than when we moved in. It was full of ants, wasps, hair and grime when we moved in. They also still owe us $350 refundable pet deposit and was told we would receive that 14 days after we moved out. We want our money back! Literally the WORST place Ive ever loved. I have NEVER felt so unsafe and gross living somewhere.If you feel like putting yourself and your family in danger by the constant shootings here then move right on in. Also the fire alarms are constantly going off at all hours of the night, the broken doors that never get fixed, the overflowing trash, the poor communication from the office staff, the problems just go on. \"Luxury\" apartments with a side of nigshootings. I am very fortunate to be one of the 60 residents to qualify to move into the new Fall River Apartments. During the process, I was Blessed to interface with three people who were wonderful to work with. Erin Robinson w as the first person I had contact with when she called me in August, 2019 to let me know I was near the top of the waiting list. Erin was very kind, patient and helpful as she explained the application process. I also interfaced with Torri Sanders who was also kind, patient and helpful as she answered my questions. Charlene Gregory was the person I interfaced with more as I filled out the application. Whenever I called with questions, she was very helpful, kind and patient and truly cared about my concerns. These three people need to be commended for their wonderful way of showing they care for their residents. more ... hide ...

Nice place but the communication between staff has been terrible since new management took over. We had our dog fee waived a year ago initially because our room wasnt even ready at the proper move in date about (gues s this would be a sign of things to come) . A year later were being heckled by a new leasing agent because our pet is not on the lease. The maintenance team never communicates with the repair contractors. Recently had to schedule our AC getting fixed 3 separate occasions because they couldnt get on the same page. Once we got a time scheduled I come back to my apartment and the AC has yet to be fixed and my apartment is filled with the contractors equipment. I would not recommend this rental as after one year rent was significantly increased and new management seems to be trending this property towards being a low value rental. more ... hide ...
