This complex is awful & I would not recommend anyone live here if they can help it. While the maintenance worker himself is amazing, the office is not responsive. They never pick up the phone during their office hours, a re rude & disrespectful. If you never have to deal with them, I suppose its fine but the apartments are so poorly cared for & in such bad shape that theyre definitely not worth the price they charge.During Covid, they sent a letter 6 days after my renewal (where they raised rent), saying they wouldnt raise rent at the next renewal. It clearly referenced an event a few weeks prior to my renewal, making it clear they withheld the letter until they wouldnt have to honor it for the upcoming renewal.Document everything in writing when you deal with these people because its the only way to make sure they dont screw you over. The office manager once followed me from my building to the area where I was taking my dog to yell at me for not picking up after my dog, while I was actively picking up after him. When I pressed her for details, she told me it was in an area I dont even take my dog because they spray poison over there & I dont want him to get sick!!! When I disputed it, she said shed still have to put it in my file. This whole time, she was aggressive, disrespectful, never used my name (instead just shouting \"hey!!!\" And \"excuse me!!!\" At me to get my attention, which I had absolutely no reason to think that she would even be talking to me because shouldnt she know my name????)This place is absolutely awful. Dont rent here. more ... hide ...

Its fine for the price we paid, but there is zero chance Id pay the new market price for this unit. Maintenance reasonably resolved any service requests we had. I was a bit shocked at the state of the apartment upon move -in, and the lack of preventative maintenance or cleaning. Our patio door had an 1/8\" gap at the top that you could tell the prior tenant had used duct tape to cover. I had to file a request for the repair once I realized where all the heat was escaping. The bathroom fan didnt work upon move-in, and the sink leaked as well. The overall quality of the apartment is okay. The floors are rolling, the laundry doors are off kilter to match the floors, the shower tile isnt square, the garage ceiling has water damage, the patio roof leaks from the unit above. Just be warned, we signed a 15-month lease on 3/2021 for $1549/mo base rent. Our unit is now on the market 4/2022 for $2379/mo base rent. Thats a 53.58% increase in base rent!! FIFTY-THREE PERCENT INCREASE!Update: Yes, I listed the current listed market price of our unit, not our renewal offer. Our renewal offer was for $2,008/mo for 14/mos, which is ONLY a 29.63% increase in base rent instead of the 53% increase the next tenant will pay. more ... hide ...
