This place is trash you would think because its for the elderly and disabled. SO if somebody Is late on their rent you would think that they would reach out to other family members next of kin to make sure everything is OK instead of belittling somebody ,Discriminating against my mother. She is very sick in-and-out of the Hospital. Telling other people in the apartment complex do not go to their her apartment or they will be evicted also. So yeah the manager lady or whoever works in the office Sabrina discriminates against my mom ever since she moved in there Im going there today to talk to the manage. Im tired of everybody thinking my moms a bad person shes just like everybody in that apartment trying to live have somewhere to lay her head shes not the best person in the world but shes not the worst either. more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DOWN BAD. My experience with sienna place from the beginning was good. Staff seemed welcoming and helpful. I am a pretty clean person and I maintain things very well. When I moved out not only did they keep my $800 security deposit, and $500 in pet fees, they told me I STILL OWE THEM $910 because their carpet professional said my carpet needed a full replacement. The carpet was very well kept. No stains and no rips or tears. Apparently they do this to every tenant just to make some extra dough. Read the other reviews. I cant find a way to justify over $1700 to replace the cheapest carpet at Home Depot in a 725 square foot apartment. more ... hide ...

Not a good idea to rent here. Maintenance is slow even when urgent. Laundry room is available only from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday except for holidays or when management is not around. They say their a non-smoki ng property but half the residents smoke in their apartments. If you have a bike, dont dare lock it to one of the racks if you want to keep it. There are strangers moving in and out unvetted, lots of abandoned vehicles and some who like to park their vehicles on the sidewalks. more ... hide ...
