I have lived here for 19 years. Impressive improvements are being made, including great outdoor lighting, and Im delighted! I love the neighborhood, which is on an RTD busline. Everything you need is within a three-mile radiusfrom grocery stores to Walmart and Home Depot; dry cleaners to hair and nail salons; 7-11 and churches; UPS/USPS, mall shopping, restaurants; pet stores and veterinary services, and hospital, medical & dental, and urgent care. My only complaints are the occasional loud music (for which there is an app to report) the destructive squirrels, and the dog excrement that seems to be everywhere. All things considered, Im happy with the property and the management. FOR WHAT ITS WORTH, management has distributed to all tenants information regarding the Coronavirus. Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived at office staff are unprofessional! Rude and un caring about their residents corporation should really do something about this. worse customer service experience I have ever ex perienced! The staff are judge mental and profile their residence, office staff Patricia Meja and Nathaly Browner should reconsider their employment as a staff of Green views apartments due to their unprofessionalism and lack of training! Staff are just temporary, Patrica always declines residents seeking help answering Im a temp sorry cant helpso whats her job description if she cant help residents?
