Management never gave me security deposit back cause of them telling me there was normal wear and tear and I know for a fact I clean the apartment before I left cause the house keeper helped me move boxes and she also g ave them too me and she even stated that I was one of many that cleaned there unit before they went and management also stated I couldnt receive my deposit cause of me being on section 8 which is complete lies thats exactly why I need the phone number too corporate or there management that supervises them so that I can get a different opinion on it I know I deserve my money back management moved people inside my unit right after I left so I know wasnt anything wrong with my unit at all move date was in february in the people move in right away cause of management removing me so fast I literally had to move out so that they could get those people in long story short the manager Tracy Ross is very rude and mean also money hungry she makes up things and trys to get me to pay money that doesnt need to be paid I believe its for her own personal gain and also she didnt allow me to keep my things in storage unit the whole time I was allowed so that my things could be sold there is more but Ill definitely be here for days with this review so Im leaving this for now columbine apartment needs a new manager besides Tracy Ross no one likes her at all and goes thru the same things as I if not worst but are to afraid to speak up or doesnt know who to speak with so thats why nothing happens and she remains the manager but because of her Columbine continues to be doomed other than that Alice Long is a Perfect manager for columbine i think she should be a manager at the apartment complex she does a miraculous job i love her beautiful soul she belongs to her duties she awesome more ... hide ...
