Ive lived here 5mos, now. Ive not had any major issues, and anything minor that has come up has been addressed immediately, and satisfactorily. The maintenance team is prompt and professional, quick to respond and really nice. The office manager, Monica, has always been really nice to me, professional, and quick to address any concerns. This is my second time living on a Dunmire property, and Ive been satisfied both times. more ... hide ...

\"IMPRESSED\" My husband & I was extremely impressed, we have been looking for an apartment for the last 4 days and have had nothing but the run arounds, the disrespect, and no call backs from apartment complexes, BUT ou r last call before we called it quits, was a fresh breath of air. I called and spoke with a young lady named Mimi, she showed me a whole different side of what we were dealing with and to be honest she turned it all around for us. Due to her being that DIFFERENCE we will move forward with Keystone. I wanted to give her a BIG SHOUT OUT because she deserves it for being herself and making us feel special. For those of you wanting to live in these apartments I I would strongly recommend you find something else Ive lived here for an entire year and as soon as I moved in everything broke down the roaches are somewhat easy t o control but there is a lot the water goes out about every other week for maintenance and when I approach the old management team about black mold on my wall there a solution was just spray paint it and when I threaten a lawsuit they said they were tested but never did. Id also like to add that the homeless people breaking into the washer dryer units that we have here and sleep on top of the washing machine for warmth. Please DO NOT be fooled with the model home, its definitely not worth it. more ... hide ...

The management and maintenance here is continuously improving! Ariel is so caring and helpful and the maintenance man is quick and efficient also very nice.... there are however a couple of downsides. First, the parking lot in the back is in desperate need of security cameras my car has been broken into twice in the 2 years Ive lived here and Ive seen multiple other cars damaged or otherwise tampered with in the parking lot. Also, water pipes are often bursting, leaking, or clogging up (but honestly thats to be expected in a building as old as this one is.) Theyve come a long way and Ive loved living here for the most part these last two years. :) more ... hide ...
