I wanted to reach out and say how wonderful I think this property is. I wanted to rent here a couple of years ago, but there was no availability for the several months I was looking to move. The property managers were v ery accommodating in answering my questions and gave me a tour even though nothing was available at the time. I have a family member who lives there and he couldnt stop praising the managers and how fair and nice they are. Since I visit him frequently, I can attest to the lovely grounds, the Beautiful and clean pool, the well kept gardens, and the community vegetable garden. Any of the tenants Ive encountered during my visits are nice and appear to be hard working family people. I love that they have a place for family BBQs with a gas grill and the playground for children. Its a beautiful well maintained property in Arvada and nice for raising children. I put in a request for a new AC unit (or to have the old one currently in my apartment refurbished) a month ago. My apartment has been getting so hot that the linoleum is warping, and its regularly 85 in my apartment at 1 am, when I get home from work. Last week, I went into the office to ask about the status of the work order I placed via email. I was told that they just got a BUNCH of new AC units in, and that I should be getting mine replaced either that day (Wednesday) or the following day. This morning I wake up to an email asking how satisfactory the work done was. NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. Its currently 90 in my apartment with the curtains drawn and the AC running for a full day.Not to mention the busted outer doors to my apartment building. Or the graffiti. more ... hide ...
