What a great place to be! Bear Valley Village is where I have been renting for a little over a year. In that time period they repainted the whole outside complex, change railing structure and replace the parking lot. The communication is excellent between the office and the tenant, thanks to Jessie Verra, office manager. I highly recommend this place and the rent are very decent. A no brainer!! more ... hide ...

She has gone above and beyond to accommodate and help us as we have had someone take over our lease as we are moving garden point. Whenever we asked her for anything, we get a response the same day.
