The beginning was nice.they wanted me to prove that he still had down syndrome. Downsyndrome lasts for life. my son had the flu and couldnt show up. I texted the women hired by our case manager Pam. We informed her we c ouldnt make it to therapy and she showed up anyways and accused us of not being committed. Awhile later We came back and then canceled services during covid because online wasnt working out for us but they have no record of it. They now want us to do another intake. Worked hard to get ces waiver and they didnt help after that. more ... hide ...

I lived here for a year and I really loved it. The apartments are big. Ive had packages left outside my door all day long and never had a package stolen. Renee in the office was always super nice and helpful which is nt common. Most apartment staff treat people terrible and theyre always on your case about something and thats not the case here. I always felt safe. If anything needed to be fixed it would be fixed that same day. I got almost all of my deposit back. The only reason I left is because I moved states. Darrell Santillanes is always cleaning the breeze way and property, pick up after the pet owners dont.Patrick helped get a new gutter outside my apartment that was causing problems inside and leaving a sheet of ice b y the stairs. He kept me informed.Gerardo has been a positive with all his help. Ive seen him shoveling snow at 6:30 in the morning.Jesse always waves and is busy in apartments fixing things.It is so nice to see a smile and caring! Good team work!! They are awesome!!The office staff is amazing! They hear and take care of all who live here.Melissa gets the food trucks and events and a lot of other stuff!Jennifer and Janessa are new and I like how friendly and helpful they are.What a 5 star team, friendly and caring!!!! more ... hide ...
