I lived there for 2 years. Just moved out at the end of September. The new management and maintenance team rock!! They have been nothing but welcoming and polite since the first day they came on board to make necessary i mprovements. Every maintenance issue was addressed within 24hrs if submitted during the week. Everyone in the office has always been so kind and eager to address any concerns. Living there has been overall great! It is kid friendly. You receive covered parking without paying extra fees. There is good lighting outside. The apartments come with a washer & dryer! That is a luxury in itself. Although things do happen in and around the complex it is a nice place to live comfortably. I always felt safe. In the event that I move back to the Springs I would most definitely consider living there as my first choice again. more ... hide ...
