Ive lived in these apartments for 2 years. Let me say..I was skeptical moving in because of a friend who was living here previously and stated during monthly inspections she had her stuff moved around and touched so much she installed her own security cameras. So moving in I was nervous. During the first two weeks, almost everything broke on me. The outlets blew, the window popped out, etc. It was a hassle to even get maintenance to come and fix it so they were never fixed. Dealing with the constant fear that without notice, they would just pop up into my apartment whenever they wanted. I would either get a note 2-5 hours before or not at all...when usually its 24-48 hours. If your air conditioner is broken, expect to have it fixed 5-7 days after you put your order in because its not priority.They have a HUGE bug problem too. Ive had ants, roaches, fruit flies, etc. Weve mentioned it before but again never got it fixed. They try to spray every month but even thats wishy-washy. Also its extremely hard to communicate with certain employees due to a language barrier, which in itself is not negative but when you have a roof that is leaking or problems with certain appliances, its hard to express concern properly.Overall, my experience has been mediocre. Im finally leaving this hell hole.If you want cheap rent, then youll get what you pay for.Im giving this complex two stars only due to the fact that its given me a roof over my head for two years.Good Luck future renters! more ... hide ...

As requested as an update... Each apt has its own private fenced-in patio and small yard/garden. This is such a PLUS that sets this complex aside from others. Also, Ive NEVER seen a bug in my apt, or in ANY apt in this b ldg, and the complex provides extermination monthly to keep it that way. Each building has only 8 apts and is surrounded by mature trees, foliage, and landscaping. Most buildings never hear any street noise or traffic. Very quiet. Two convenience stores are within walking distance as are 2 Bus routes.- - Im here 10 years now. Enough said! I highly recommend it. No dishwashers in the 1 bdrm apts. more ... hide ...
