Not sure how this community has 4 stars My mother lives in this community and honestly its a death trap The buildings are falling apart stairs are cracking and concrete coming apart Elevators dont work black mold in the apartments lots of mildew everNot sure how this community has 4 stars My mother lives in this community and honestly its a death trap The buildings are falling apart stairs are cracking and concrete coming apart Elevators dont work black mold in the apartments lots of mildew everywhere Emergency exit signs falling Every time it rains the waters rises from the tiles inside the apartments and gets trapped in the walls with lots of leaking She cannot use the bathroom in her master bedroom because the water never closes fully causing a constant leak in the shower Only way to stop the leak is if they shut the whole water system which is impossible because tenants NEED water Dont even get me started on the rodent ROACH infestations No matter how many times we clean and use stuff to get rid of them they come back MULTIPLE complaints have been made and nothing has been done Calling the city and a lawyer might just be our only option The ENTIRE community needs to be demolished and rebuilt more ...hide ...

Look no further As one who had been searching for a place to call home for several years I knew I found it when I walked into this office almost 4 years ago Both ladies Grethel and her assistant are amazing
I was one of the first to move in to the apartments after being build everything was ok while living there . The WORSE part of all is that after almost two years of living in the apartment and paying my rent promptly I decided it was time to move payed my last months rent and was told I had to leave three days before the month ended.The manager in charge said to leave a fowaring address to receive my deposit and to this day I never received anything back he ignored all call and message.more ...hide ...
