As a resident of Seven Palms for over a year now, I would like to share my thoughts. For starters, I strongly believe that my apartment and service that comes with it is way better than what is being paid for it. In my o ld house, rent was nearly twice as expensive, insects were everywhere, the yard was a pain to keep taking care of, and we had no pool! Here, rent is very cheap, problems (such as insects) are usually taken care of very quickly upon request, and there are many other things provided such as an exercise room, a great sidewalk for walks, and a pool! When I originally saw the price of rent here, I assumed that there would be low standards (you get what you pay for). That is far from the truth! Living here has been very helpful not only financially but also with all of the help and service with problems that normally would have been our responsibility. Most (if not all) of the people here truly do prioritize living standards! Seven Palms, unfortunately, has a lot of complaints that are mostly either unjustified or were taken care of shortly after the complaint was issued. Google ratings does not give Seven Palms the credit that it deserves.To put it all simply, I would highly recommend that anyone who lives in the Punta Gorda area and who is seeking a low-cost place to live to check Seven Palms out in person. Dangerous hood projects and the management is completely incompetent. They absolutely refuse to fix anything. They move ppl 8n 2ith broken windows, clogged sinks, rusted tubs and sinks. This is a place if you have no oth er choice. more ... hide ...
