Edit Rental Inquiry Hi, I have a OCH voucher for 1 at least bedrooms for $1,197. Its a portability from NY so I need to use ASAP. I�m alone, no pets, but I preferred 2 bedrooms but 1 it�s fine too. My only income is SSD and I have all regular required papers included the voucher ready to send electronically and the payments tha it�s required include the deposit. I appreciate your response. Raul is always a respectful gentleman and a committed professional willing to listen and best address resident concerns .The Park, in the center of the community, is a beautiful collection of different trees, shrubbery, well groomed landscaped grounds, a wide open lawn area with rod- iron benches, a safe and clean playground area for children, and a gazebo with tables to gather socially outdoors. There are other standard amenities at Landstar Park, but a beautiful private Park of your very own is a very unusual advantage and such a great asset, especially for young working families and children.Ive lived at Landstar Park for 5 years, and hopefully for many more.
