I do not recommend these apartments because of the mice and bugs that invest the building. I reached out to property management and attempted to contact the property owners but the issue was not resolved. I was complete ly ignored by the property owner and only told by the property manager she would reach to the property owner. I even emailed him personally but was ignored. I put in 4 requests in one week to seal the entry points the mice were coming through yet the requests were closed without the work being finished. The only pro about living here is that the other residents were very welcoming and kind. more ... hide ...

I would not recommend this place for so many reasons Im gonna mention some.I left this place last July and I received a bill off 614 $ for carpet , I went to the office to find out because i made a deposit when signing c ontract back in 2016 the so call manager was not there they gave an extension to reach office when calling nobody picks up and I call several times a day I sent email ,nada.The office has a lady with attitude .The administration is zero service , they fell to notice me for lease renewal when trying to call the office nobody never picked up2- Ive lost more than 300 $ dollars of food because of fridge ,when i made a request they just sent somebody touched it next day same thing and that happen several time until I left , never pay late or miss a single month more ... hide ...

He raises the rent to many times. Its very small. So for the price you can get a 3 bedroom apartment somewhere else instead of a 2. He goes in your house without telling you. My and girl caught him on camera and told him . He do keep it well maintenance. But the windows are screwed locked when thats a safety more ... hide ...
