We toured this complex for my mom and honestly its a great deal in a safe and convenient location. She is still currently in New Jersey, but in the next year or so will be moving down, and we cant wait to set her up here , only 2 miles from our home in Nocatee. Its sad to see 1 star reviews due to lack of response; it literally kills businesses. The leasing office is kind and helpful, I suggest stopping by and talking to someone, rather than waiting for a return phone call and then butchering them online. more ... hide ...

Lived here 5 months and am very happy. New mgt is getting things under control. People who have lived here a long time and complain should give the management a chance or MOVE. Mgt is already doing things like hiring a social director. Approving use of the community room for personal actives and showing up to give support. So it was a good rate in the start. But now its changed some. The landlord says one thing one day and changes her mind the next. Sometimes even targeting people seemingly for nothing. People had in the beginning even tri ed to jiggle doorhandles at night. Since the cameras went up that hasnt been an issue. You can be treated nicely one day and rudely the next. Noise control depends on the day. Work orders for houses will SOMETIMES be done in a timely manner. Though a few of the maintenance people are rather friendly. Like most places to live, you have friendly neighbors and not so friendly ones. Laundry room is sometimes locked over the weekend and when the landlord isnt around. more ... hide ...
