Slum lords and abusing the system that should help these families. The state and government needs to do a full audit on files and staff itself . Along with a 100% inspection of the interior and exterior. If code complia nce and all the investors heard or even seen this, then they are failing there job and the program along with so much illegal stuff going on. Staff needs to be trained by the state and and there company to make sure all licenses are current and everyone taking classes from all training aspects. Remember affordable housing and care act, hud communities do have rights and should be treated better even if some tenants may not be what you want. I dont live here but hear so much and see this manager Joi Mcnear and her team do illegal paperwork and harras tenants.I have called several times to get ahold of the manager or someone from corporate unfortunately the office is always locked and staff unavailable. RESIDENTS READ YOUR LEASE AND NOTICES!!! Any incorrect information or misspelled you can have that thrown out or appeal with there forms. more ... hide ...

Out of my 2 years of staying hete the shootings were nerve wrecking and the homeless hung around offten...other than that no complaints all 4 of my neighbors were awesome cant speak on the others lol maintence came out t o fix things day of or next business day all were polite & helpfulAlthough many say they are Rude in officeFolks were polite to me Pest control came often liked newsletter it was informing and inspiration more ... hide ...
