Definitely move here if youre a woman who wants to not feel safe in her own home. I highly recommend it here if you want to be cat called and ogled at by creepy men when youre just tending to your plants. It s a must-live-at destination if you want the head office to not do anything when you complain about similar issues to them.Edit: The owners made a comment about not being able to contact me or find me. Im nearly certain there is only 1 person names Imraan at this apt complex. They are just distracting from the real issue at hand. I do live here, I have since 2018. My wife made signs and posted them in our yard about how she didnt want to be catcalled/ogled at by creepy men. We removed them after 2 days and then nearly a week after we didnt have them up, the office gave us a warning about breaching the rental agreement. This office only cares about its image to potential new tenants and the tenants that currently reside there. Weve put in tons of complaints about noise in the past and yet the office does nothing even though its one of the first things that prohibited here. WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER. THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF, HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION, BAD PEOPLE MANAGING THE PROPERTY, STAY AWAY!!!Update: I am being extorted for a $75 late fee and being threatened with eviction proceedings. I was 20 minutes late with my rent check, dropped it off in the box after i got home late from work. Now they are refusing to cash the check for $645, saying every day i dont pay $720 it goes up another $5, and Friday they will send my file to evictions. I have contacted corporate in hopes of resolving this amicably and avoiding court proceedings. At this time, I am not hopeful, but will update the review if something is done to made the situation right. I have been a loyal tenant who has paid every month on time for over two years. more ... hide ...
