i lived in apartment 1604. this is the worst place ive ever lived. the first day i moved in all i found were cockroaches crawling everywhere. dead ones all over the kitchen floor and all throughout the cupboards, dra wers, dishwasher, and fridge. they were crawling throughout the whole apartment in every room. i couldnt move in for days bc it was so bad. the only solution they could offer me was to set traps for a couple weeks in a row. they wouldnt move me to a new unit. this unit wasnt even the one i applied for. i dealt with this problem until the day i moved out. i lived there for 3 months and had to break the lease. within those 3 months i dealt with the infestation as well as my a/c breaking twice and the water tank flooding my carpet. would not recommend to anyone unfortunately. more ... hide ...

Ive lived here a few years through different owners and management. The neat thing about this community is that its sort of hidden and mixed in with a business park. Since I enjoy the outdoors and walking a lot, this community has a nicely expanded walking area beyond its own sidewalks and dog park. Just outside either end of the gated entries there are connecting private streets and parking lots which are all shaded by giant oaks. You can also sit poolside and watch countless planes taking off just a few hundred yards away. Brianna is an outstanding member of the management team, along with Sara and all the office staff. Brianna has been here longer than I have, and she always has great suggestions about the best spots to eat; shes a real gem, and she and all the office staff are very helpful with any needs or concerns you might have. These people are all genuinely friendly and really encourage community events here on a regular basis. The maintenance team is fantastic as well. Theyre quick to respond on the rare occasion Ive needed them, and theyre a friendly bunch, too.The location is really great, too. The airport is literally across the highway. You have two major shopping malls, movie theaters, National sports complexes/teams, beaches, and a ridiculous amount of restaurants all within 5 or 6 miles. I know there are several apartments up and down the road and beyond, and Ive lived at my fair share of them, but these guys are special, the community is really good and pet friendly, and if youre looking for a quaint place with modern upgrades and a professional, friendly staff, come take a look.
