Very rude daytime security guard. I had a food delivery here, the customer is a regular and usually comes downstairs to meet me therefore doesnt give us her unit number. Today I tried calling her as I usually do, she doe snt answer and the security guard very rudely asked what he can do for me, I explained my situation and he told me that we need to get our act together and berated me for not knowing the unit number. In the end he did help me by giving me her unit number but I dont ever want to interact with this man again. more ... hide ...

Ever since Wally left and Bridgette came it has been the worst experience of my life .. Only reason Bridgette has her position is because joy up and left so royal American just let Bridgette take her place so now she thi nks OWNS this property .. Shes a black person who doesnt know how to act when they get a position like that .. She over abuses authority . She comes in your house without permission .. I have this on tape .. She lies about the house rules .. She always late .. Her kids love in the apartment and she doesnt , sometimes her daughter Desiree Taylor is in the office by herself with all our personal information in the office ... Bridgette also has a nephew who is a felon living in apartment 906 as well ... Its cameras everywhere its like a prison.. She watches u ALL DAY with here miserable ass!!!!!!!! And benji told me that.. He is the maintenance man who tells everything about her and he is fake as well .. And miserable too .. People who lived out here 16 years has left because of this EVIL MEAN woman .... Royal American pleaseeeeee take another good look at the crook u hired .............. more ... hide ...

I have not rented an apartment here so you can take my review with a grain of salt, but I was looking into potentially moving here. I signed up online to do a tour and they never showed up. I called and the person I spok e to said they arent usually open until 10:30a even though the sign says 10a and they scheduled a showing with me at 10a, then they transferred me to the empty leasing office phone. I left a message and no one ever replied. I waited for at least 20 minutes. Seems very disorganized. I took a look around the apartments and it looked OK but not great. The dog park is just a small fenced in area with an empty poop bag dispenser and a trash can. No places to sit and not much room for the dogs to actually run. Some of the apartments have little yards which I thought was nice, but in person they looked like run down concrete slabs. Overall the place seems fine, but not necessarily managed well. more ... hide ...
