It was a good place till Taylor Home , the new owner changed it a new nameSilver tree, & changed everything, & seniors who are moving to a different HUD owned Apptt., are facing difficulties getting their deposit refund. I lived there for over 5 years, was moving to a different HUD apartment, even after giving 30 days notice, they denied to refund my deposit & no reason is giving & that too a time when I was grieving as my husband had passed away, & cause Silvertree took away all the amenities we had with Taylor Home, Managers were being hired & fired, & lockdown cause of Carina virus,Government was giving stimulus checks & concessions on rent,Ed Apptt., & Silvertree has not refunded me my deposit till date, I moved out in Jan.2020& I have not read the reason for non refund of my deposit & when I handed the keys to the Apptt, I had the then Manager check the Apptt., there was no damage, & proper 30 days notice was given before moving out, so anyone who is renting an Apptt there please make sure that you dont get cheated, make sure to read the rules & regulations more ... hide ...

This place is disgusting!! Do not waste your time or money moving here. I have been dealing with disgusting roach problems since moving in! I complained multiple times and all they keep saying is oh maybe if I keep my a partment clean they will go away! I have multiple so called treatment from pest control and the problem is getting worse. These people should be ashamed of themselves. All they do is take your money waste on gate that dont work and multiple useless cameras. Management comes whenever they feel like it into your apartment. They are all rude in the office and kept telling me Im the only one with the roach problem which is a complete lie. I spoke to some neighbors and the whole building is crawling with roaches . All the appliances are old and outdated but they wont change or fix anything. I hate this place and feel so bad that I brought my children here I cant wait to leave this roach nest they call apartments. Im tired of constantly cleaning I have traps all over the place which makes me nervous because I have a toddler. Im paying $1162 a month to clean up roaches on a daily basis!! more ... hide ...
