It was a good place till Taylor Home the new owner changed it a new namenSilver tree changed everything seniors who are moving to a different HUD owned Apptt are facing difficulties getting their deposit refund I lived there for over 5 years was m It was a good place till Taylor Home the new owner changed it a new namenSilver tree changed everything seniors who are moving to a different HUD owned Apptt are facing difficulties getting their deposit refund I lived there for over 5 years was moving to a different HUD apartment even after giving 30 days notice they denied to refund my deposit no reason is giving that too a time when I was grieving as my husband had passed away cause Silvertree took away all the amenities we had with Taylor Home Managers were being hired fired lockdown cause of Carina virusnGovernment was giving stimulus checks concessions on rentEd Apptt Silvertree has not refunded me my deposit till date I moved out in Jan2020n I have not read the reason for non refund of my deposit when I handed the keys to the Apptt I had the then Manager check the Apptt there was no damage proper 30 days notice was given before moving out so anyone who is renting an Apptt there please make sure that you dont get cheated make sure to read the rules regulations more ... hide ...
