So, good luck getting your AC fixed, fridge working, and leaks stopped before you get ill from the mold in the attic and vents. I could go on and on, but the unfortunate truth is that if I didn't have a disability and a vehicle, I would have left here a long time ago. Don't make the same mistake that many of us in these apartments regret! Locate a place with better living conditions. Someplace where your utility payments are not used as leverage against you and your lights are not switched off because Chris doesn't do his job.
