This place gets no stars from me it is an unbelievable tragedy living here. The manager Victoria is the most condescending person I have ever met I waited 15 minutes while she answered phone calls without even acknowledg ing me. She is rude, obtuse and a myriad of other things even if the place was worth a million dollars and offered to me for free I would turn it down because of her negative attitude and disrespectful manner. I have never in my life been so blatantly disrespected as a resident by management individual. It speaks volumes to the type of community this is because of her. I wanted to share my experience for those looking to move here, as well as for the owners to see a positive review. I appreciate the constant upkeep that the office does.The repaved the streets and they did it without in conveniencing us, they are redoing the gutters, I swear the maintenance man never takes a day off, I see him out there on Saturdays fixing things up. The manager Lena will walk around and pick stuff up. I saw her out there on a weekend, redoing the garden bed in front of the sign. When the grass gets dry, Lena will water the grass and its just nice to see someone who cares. Melissa is the office lady and she is literally so sweet, she talks to you like you guys have known each other for years, very down to earth.I also appreciate the masks that Lena put on our door.Thank you guys for everything, your work doesnt go unnoticed! more ... hide ...

Ive lived in a lot of different apartments in 9 years, but this has to be the worst including the gross apartments in college. I submit 1-2 maintenance requests a month. Windows have visible gaps as well as front doo r which makes this apartment extremely inefficient for energy. Toilet constantly runs, and shower is almost impossible to turn off unless i use a towel. Bugs are consistent and i clean very regularly. The best part is that the office never answers phone calls or emails. And when you do submit maintenance request they talk to you like youre 5 years old. I expressed my concern that I can feel the outside air coming into the apartment. I was told I simply dont know how to close a window and after a demonstration was expected to show I now had the newfound knowledge to close said window. I dont feel comfortable contacting maintenance since Ive been talked to in a condescending manor every time. Im counting down the months until my lease is up. more ... hide ...
