Wow, looks like the bad reviews are still the same experience I had 10-11 years ago when I was stationed there. The first year was great. The ladies in the front office, Joy and I cant remember the other ladys name, wer e on top of things. When they left in 2009, the place went down FAST! I went home to Texas on leave(vacation) Summer of 2009 and came back to dried blood on my porch area, cockroack infestation, and unruly children. I lived on the third floor. Had a nice 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with vaulted ceiling. But I started fighting the biggest cockroaches ever EVERYDAY! I moved as soon as my lease was ending, and the apartments on Blue Angel Pkwy was HEAVEN! Like I said, this was in 2009 and the poor reviews are EXACTLY what I started experiencing in 2009. 2008 there was great. But that was under good management until they turned it over to some novice.... more ... hide ...

I would like to give Mrs. Patience these 5 stars. Although we did not end up with an apartment because of personal circumstances, Patience was amazing. She was very helpful and friendly. She answered all our questions an d treated us like we were a part on the community before we even were. We even bonded over the enjoyment of Pickleball. There was never a dull moment with her; even when speaking to her on the phone she was warm and very responsive. Overall she is a blessing and Park at Via Teano felt like a great home for me. more ... hide ...

Its was all good living here for a year... But once that year is over it,you will see the real side of the living arrangements.... They charge for everything,you gotta go with there cabel (which it dont have all the chan nels) they communicate is so terrible,I just recently did my lease over with but I recommend others apartments... more ... hide ...
