This is low income housing. I must say when you drive through you would never know that it is. The property manager does a great job at keeping good people in these apartments. She maintains the complex very well. I have been here almost two years, and I feel very comfortable being able to recommend this place to anyone that is in need of low income housing that wants a safe neighborhood for their kids. I have children myself, and they love it here. There is a nice playground in the middle of the complex where they play daily with the other children. Everyone is very respectful as well. For what this place is, and compared to many that I have seen before coming here, I feel truly blessed that it exists! more ... hide ...

If I could rate 0 stars I would , This is my first google review ever I dont usually do this but honestly you do not want to rent from a place like this where management could care less.. I read a couple reviews whic h made me consider writing mine because it was true they do prey on the young its sad but the ugly truth.. I do not recommend lol the shortest lease they had was a year an I took it, I was in a rush & I did not get to see a model apartment before moving in as well but was told Id get a Revenovated/ up to date apartment as sampled on the pamphlet and when I moved in on the move in date I had waited about 5 hours infront of my apartment because they still werent done fixing whatever & still when I came in I was horrified but it is for sure what you pay for . more ... hide ...

I pay $930 a month for this apartment that doesnt get cold, I cant receive mail because the mail boxes are all broken into, the property wont fix them they will say they are (which theyve said since I moved here in March ) & the post office doesnt feel safe leaving mail there due to peoples mail being stolen, which is a huge inconvenience beings tho I do not drive and a lyft ride to the post office is $12 which equals too $24 a trip that is VERY inconsiderate, and on top of that my lyfts dont even wanna pull into the parking lot due to the damage of it that could really trash someones car by the way. On top of that its really hard to contact anyone in the rental office due to no one answering the phone or replying to emails. Its really frustrating not knowing who to turn too with these issues beings tho the only woman ive spoken too so far only wanted to argue with me due to the fact that I called her \"unprofessional\". I would give them 0 stars but I have to put at least 1 more ... hide ...
