Been here almost 8 months. I REGRET it EVERY day. I HATE being here but stuck due to financial reasons. Management is NOT professional. Maintenance is lazy as hell. He dont do anything but eat, talk junk, complain, lie , dont take responsibility for his actions, (destroying personal property), tell peoples business, & getting sub contractors to come in and do things that are easy to do. He dont want to work; just get a check. He rides around on the golf cart and almost flip it over. I hope he does one day. The apts are old and outdated. They rather PATCH stuff vs FIX it. I have not had a visitor since moving here because noone wants their cars damaged from broken glass or these bas as* kids out here. I PRAY(Lord Jesus Christ) please bless us with a better place to live so we can move before I go to prison for murder. more ... hide ...
