I applied here in April and was denied, I was told application fee is nonrefundable, which Im fine with but the admin fee is refundable and Ive been trying for 2 months to get my money back. The check was origina lly mailed to the incorrect address than lady in office kept telling me she would call back once check was returned. Never got the call and everytime I call now, nobody picks up. DO NOT APPLY HERE The other review say its roach and rat infested. But I needed to move immediately so I was willing to go anyway. I seen the now leasing sign. Ive called at lease 50-60 times in the last week. No answer, I emailed no response and Ive actually went to the office and was told by your leasing staff that it was closed while she was letting someone else in. She stated they would open at 4 and this was at 12pm. Ive never heard of someone taking a 4hour lunch. Even when I called after 4 still no answer, the phone was actually going straight to voicemail. The pricing is actually good but that doesnt matter if you cant get in touch with anyone. more ... hide ...
