I lived there for a year. And they did nothing but collect rent. I had a thieving property manager that didnt care. Until so got fired. There is mold everywhere window seals and their plumbing is horrible. They very fix anything. They owner dont ever come down all he and his family care About is money. They dont care about the tenants. It is June Ive moved out of there last month and have still yet to receive my deposit check back. I have two kids that place aint healthy for kids. There are drug dealers there. The maintenance man and his wife sale drugs and Illegal pharmaceuticals out of their house and the land Lord know but dont care if you know what I mean. Quail Hollow is the worse place I have ever lived in my life. They are infested with roaches and rodents. My hot water heater flooded my apartment twice. On top of that I am sitting right now looking at a snake that slit hered right under my closed front door. Theres always a fight or someone shooting in the back of the apartments. The new manager name Shandra P. Johnson is nasty, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and gossips about the residents in front of staff and other tenants. She feels as if someone owes her something and we should be glad she allowed us to live here. She doesnt feel that the tenants deserve air conditioning and water because as she says, when I was coming up we didnt have ac and I had to walk and get my own water. If youre looking for somewhere to live I promise you dont want to live here. If you like not having running water for days at a time then this is for you. Theres also a tenant in the A building who throws used sanitary napkins and tampons over the balcony onto the ground and nothing has been done about that. Kadeedra Elkins is a sweetheart and about the only good thing about this place. If you enjoy rodents, roaches, and snakes living with you then this might be your place. Lets not forget the overgrown mold and mildew that they paint over and patch up. more ... hide ...
