Email no one answers phone to answer questions. They finally sent back email.They will not talk about anything without 250. Non refundable application fee. No dogs over 20 lbs. Mine weights 30. Criminal record of any kind will result in rejection. I guess no second chances for you here. If you cant prove you can pay with your income (I supplement my nieces income) this is not your place. I was disappointed that noone reached out to discuss all these rules. I get it this complex used to be very bad noone wanted to live there. After post several people sent me a message that they charge 1350-1600. A month no 1 bedrooms no special deals. One said they told them rent to income had to be 2 times. Im posting this from my girlfriends account because I lost my phone in an accident that resulted in my hospitalization. I have a twelve year old dog at home who was left unattended while I was in the hospital. And I was gone for over 24 hours. Im not from Savannah and only have my girlfriend here. They would not let her in to check on my senior dog. They absolutely refused. Now she isnt on the lease so I can understand somewhat, but there was absolutely zero care or understanding on their part. I also lost my keys to my home. When I called to get someone to let me in my apartment to attend to my dog they never bothered to return my call till the next day. And they told me they would not let me in my apartment unless I wanted to pay 25 dollars to have them cut a key. Absolutely zero care or compassion from any of these people. Dont move here if you ever have an emergency. They will go out of their way to be condescending and rude. more ... hide ...

This place is awesome. Its a small quiet neighborhood that has a small staff in the leasing office. They are very quick and responsive the deal with a problem or issue. I had put in a request for an issue in my apartment to be fix, and in a matter of minutes maintenance was here at my door to fix the issue. more ... hide ...
