Decent apartment, one hassle. Really is a mild one but could definitely ruin your entire mood for the whole week; watch out for the valet trash service FINES! The hidden fees are true, they did not tell you that youre go ing to get charged with a fine if you mishandled the trash.What do I mean by mishandling? Figure that out yourself! And still get charged.Its crazy because Ive read the documents properly, none of them stated anything about being \"fined a $100\". I even looked up Valet Trash Service official website to make sure of it, but pass that point no tenant couldve seen it coming from miles away.They did however, mention about how not properly storing the trash could lead to \"YOUR TRASH NOT BEING PICKED UP\" , I want to focus on that, they stated NOT BEING PICKED UP as oppose to YOUR TRASH WILL BE FINED $100. You see the problem? Its not stated clearly, heck its not even stated in the documents, this isnt even hidden anymore its not even there!The next time you decide to fine someone actually say that in the move in document. Let the tenants know about these \"rules\" especially for a trash valet, its a common mistake people can make & not telling them because they didnt ask is not nice. I was supposed to get my first bike here at Savannah but you took my $100 away.Lastly, the move in document should tell you about the instructions, to avoid being fined just follow them.The 3 stars was for the bike & the $100. more ... hide ...

If you have a family that you care about,then I advise you to find another place to live.The mangers of the property do not care about their tenants.My air-conditioning went out on Friday afternoon they did everything th ey could to not fix the situation.The so called manger of the property Vanessa told me I could go buy a window unit and they will take Two hundred off the rent,so I told her that it was their responsibility to get the air fixed not for me to do your job for you.The maintenance guy said they are going to office depot to get an air-conditioner brings a dusty old window unit the size of a small microwave.So Me ,my wife and Three kids had to stay in one room for a week and a half until I had to go get another unit from Brandsmart.This lady did not hold her in of the deal more ... hide ...
