It has been renovated with stainless steel appliances, all new brushed nickel accented fixtures, new faux wood vinyl plank flooring and it was professionally decorated. It is reasonable to assume that a vacant model home can show less signs of wear than an apartment that has been regularly occupied, however; our staff takes extreme care in preparing each apartment for occupancy and we consistently strive for excellence. A member of management would value the opportunity to schedule an in-home visit and discuss available options to resolve your concerns. Having a member of our staff go with the pest control technician while they are performing scheduled quarterly service in your home can easily be arranged by sending an email to the rental office. Wish I my give them a zero. I had live there with my mom when I was a teenager. And after I had both of my kids my mom had lost her job. And they change the locks on us. For no reason and they said that we got kick o ut we told them we never got something saying we had to leave and then they said oh yall was moving out without knowest. They didnt give us time to give them a 30 days knowest now Im a single mother of two and they told me I couldnt apply for apartment because of my mom and we left the apartment miss up I said how can we clean it if yall chance the locks stupid people there in the officeBut the chance the lock for no reason I lost my new born and my 2 year old things even my and mom things the office staff is so rude when we left I have friends that live up in there and we not allow to go up in there more ... hide ...
