It was a good place for low income seniors until last October. A construction company busted a water main that caused a flood and several apartments on each of the 3 floors were damaged as well as the lobbies. To date, n o repairs have been done and no explanation to us as to why no repairs. No one seems to care about us. The repairs were finally done the end of March and all of April. One apartment on the 3rd floor had a fixture left off of the bathtub and when the water was turned on, it flooded an apartment on the 2nd floor and one one the first floor. Repairs were not done properly on these 2 but management wont correct them. more ... hide ...

I called them to verify if a unit was available in which they told me yes,I applied and paid an application fee and deposit was about over 400 dollars.2 weeks later we were told we were approved but there was an issueTh e tenants were still there, not moved, in the unit, with the keys. No renovations had been done no keys had been giving. They were going to call us back if \"anything changes.\"My family due to this were \"hoteling\" air-bnbing for weeks.We decided to not take the apartment and ask for the money backThey agreed to send the check to a place of our choosing2 weeks go by and I call the office. They tell us they have NOT sent the check and we can NOT have a refund because we decided not to take the apartment. Mind you, they told us they would give us the refund no problem and that it was been sent that day when we visited the off in person!However, they never the request in the system.I think we verified everything and now they are sending it out.They have been inconsiderate to us. I know apartments will say unit are available when they are not due to renovations needing to be done when a whole family is still there, not moved, not turned in keys you should not list is as available. You should check if someone calls. It could be there last option. more ... hide ...
