Pretty much the best complex in town for the price. The property manager is wonderful, just like anyone else collecting payments, she will work with you as long as you keep up communication. Maintenance is a breeze! The maintenance guy lives here! He is on top of things during the day and at night they have someone on call. They are very good with notification when it comes to entering your building/unit.General maintenance (hallways, entryways, and landscaping/snow removal) are pretty much routine, there is no notification for the general maintenence since it is pretty standard.The towing company is strict and not compassionate about towing your car, even if its a taxi, and the property manager will warn you extensively to be sure you dont get towed.The lower level apartments are mostly under ground, it is common sense that these apts wouldnt heat as efficiently as the second or third floor units, but you dont pay extra for heat, gas or garbage, so theres really no room to complain about that. The only utility I am required to pay here is electricity. Since the heat is steam and the stove is gas, thats a pretty great deal.My laundry room is next door, not in the same building as my apt, but much much closer than any laundromat.Its an apartment complex, its not going to be quiet and serene all the time, but for the most part, people mind their own business and are very respectful of others. more ... hide ...

They do not care about residents. Things stay broken for months or indefinite. Terrible awful racist company. I have been discriminated against from day one! One of their maintenance men walked into my bedroom withou t knocking or announcing himself when I was undressed! I screamed and alerted a family member and he abruptly left, but still why!? No one should have to live like this. I sent a rental assistance application and they have ignored this for two weeks. I need help while the funding is available I am calling the housing authority on this place. more ... hide ...
