Before this complex changed to Parkwood Common, neighborhood was told it would be a much better complex. It is not. The liter going in and coming out of this complex is horrendous. I have lived in this neighborhood fo r 47 years and have never seen the amount of liter that is around there now. I have spent the last 6 months picking up liter weekly. I think the residents of Parkwood Commons should take some responsibility for their Trash/Litter. more ... hide ...

If these had negative stars I will definitely put one. But we been living over here for 8 years mold in our bathroom we been asking constantly and constantly to someone to come fix it or do some about it we have a baby i n the house in we are getting sick from it no one never did anything about it also the lady upstairs from me have mold to in her baby was eating it I feel so bad n they didnt do nothing about it Im still didnt this is terrible. my ceiling cracking nobodys still havent did anything about it. she sits in the office ignore people calls and see people call all the time also she scamming people for rent because when rent is not due yet n when its time to pay it she will say you have a late fee in you would have to pay more. She doesnt do her job I recommend nobody to move over here its not worth it. In also she keep going up on the rent in its not worth it because there not working on anything in the apartment online it say 1,200 to 1,500 it is now 1,700 for what I dont know its not worth it more ... hide ...
