I grew up in this area I remember back then how bad it was and I told myself Im never moved there As time went on things have changed my parents ended up losing their home and they wanted to be independent so they ap plied they were accepted I was so afraid because of the past once my parents moved in It was a different story The building started its remodeling my parents ended up getting an apartment that was very clean new carpet new paint stove and refrigerator pest control free The apartments are pretty big in size which is a plus my parents and I are happy here theres been some ups and downs with residence management and owners I know it has to do a lot with the ignorance of residence and poor (Owners) and employees but this building came up a long way yes its still in progress I also ended up moving here we went through a period of a standstill nothing was getting done yes it was frustrating but finally theres improvement as far as management I dont understand why we have so many coming and going Ive met several of them and some where caring understanding certain and did their best to try to manage this building I know certain things was out of their control and I know they got bad wraps for that as far for security Natalie she stays on top of situations and handles the situation people dont realize this is their job they dont own the building but they do their part for our building I feel that the (owners )Need to do Their part and give the resources that managers residence maintenance custodian and security need to Do their job as far as the residence here everyone I crossed paths with are friendly and respectful I feel safe living here I just wish the owners would do their part and give the resource we need to improve The building more ... hide ...

I would like to share my experience so that anyone that comes in contact with this company, its manager, and maintenance men can steer clear. Ive had my experiences with this complex because I am a approved vendo r who has done very much work there. Have never had any issue with the previous management or maintenance staff because weve always worked together and communicated well. Yesterday was a bit different. Coming into the complex on yesterday my car was attempted to be towed(for what reason I still dont know because the property manager refused to tell me why). Anywho, in the process of the tow truck trying to tow my car the Individual operating the Reynolds) town truck hit my car and then attempted to intimidate me by yelling and insisting that he never hit the vehicle (video surveillance said differently). I insisted that they pull surveillance because I had witnessed this. While examine my car the maintenance man walks up on me and tells me that the hadnt hit my car and I quote, all you black peoples are the same! And he assured me that the video would support his claim, now we know thats false because video shows otherwise. While I am attempting to get information the property manager is yelling at me and being very confrontational while I am attempting to express my concerns. The video will show this as well. Very unprofessional, very confrontational, and not to mention racial slurs were thrown at me by a maintenance tech. By far one of the worst experiences I have had with someone who calls themselves a professional company, person(s), or organization. Please avoid at all cost, still in awe of there behavior! 1 out of 5, wish I could give a 0 out of 5. more ... hide ...

This is a terrible place to live. Repairs are made to the apartments only after residents move. When I returned home from college, there were holes in the ceilings and maintenance painted over one of them and disregarded the other one. Basements flooded leaving residents in musty, moldy apartments. Management only cares about getting paid and the easiest people to finesse are those who receive section 8 vouchers because they are less likely to complain due to the fear of being evicted with no where to go. more ... hide ...
