this place is terrible. my mother got sick and had to be in the hospital because the neighbors were cooking meth across from her, and they were the so called managers. they havent offered to do anything , but buy her out of her lease. they wont pay her hospital bills, or pay to find another place for her to live, or damages to any of her personal items. most terrible place to live. they dont take care of the place. weeds and grass grow up to over a foot tall. and diane , who is the so called manager is new york is hateful on the phone. i will be turning them in to the better business bureau, news casts, and will be contacting a lawywer. you will be going down canterbury. watchand see. more ... hide ...

If you want to stay somewhere peaceful & under great management, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT move here. The rent is higher than it should be for these apartments, theyre not kept to decency. The property manager is VERY d isgusting, Ive seen her disrespect 2 residents so far, of one was an elderly lady. She stands in the middle of the street cursing & shouting. The professionalism is not there whatsoever. They have to be basically BEGGED to come fix anything, its absolutely horrid & I cant wait until my lease is up. more ... hide ...

Wish I could give no stars. Wad trying to rent a 3 bed 2 bath and because of certain circumstances I had less than a month to find a place. Had scheduled a tour of the 3 bed but when we get there are told that its not av ailable for tour and they show us a 2 bed. We shrug it off and tried to fill our the application anyways. 2 days before move in. But over the next day or two we keep having issues with our application going through. Nothing prompted us to even pay the application fee. After over a week of trying to call over and over leaving messages and no answers or call backs, we finally get the answer and try to get everything together finally for them to say that its first come first serve and that the apartment might not even be available anymore. But they cant check because there was someone there in the office even though they were already talking to me on the phone. They promised to call back but they never did. Dont rent here if you can avoid it. If they cant even be professional enough to get you the help to get into the darn apartment in the first place. more ... hide ...
