Im updating this review:We have lived here now for close to 3 years. Normal problems that you would have with an older apartment. The office staff is helpful though which is wonderful. People you get what you give. If yo u call up to the office and scream and yell and cuss theyre not going to be very willing to help. No the apartments arent the fanciest but they are updating the units as people move out. They could be better but they could also be much worse. Theyve recently added security, which I personally appreciate. Theyre trying to clean them up, theyre worth giving a chance.Honestly the only bad thing I can say about these apartment is the location. Anytime we have had any issues the maintenance has responded quickly and actually fixes things the first time. The property manager is a nice lady, she is helpful when Ive asked questions or needed help. For the most part its quiet and no one bothers it and our apartment is huge. Theres tons of storage space and the apartment is laid out nicely. more ... hide ...

Was ok when It was Crestwood but its NeighborCare now and everything has gotten bad. Many health, safety and security violations. Its not safe or healthy to live here. Rent was jacked up and services cut. Constant st aff turn over. Maintenance is a joke and on a rare occasion they do turn up, they are clueless. Management wont replace anything so at best you get a temporary band aid. Cleaning staff was replaced to save money, the new group seldom shows up and if they do, they do a poor job. its a dump now.
