I have thoroughly enjoyed being the property Manager at this Senior Community for residents 55 and better. The residents are some of the nicest people that I have ever met. Everyone at this community looks out for one an other and takes pride in the place that they call home. My Maintenance Supervisor and I care about each person living here and work very hard to keep the property beautiful and provide a Sterling experience for every guest that visits our property. Editing a previous high rating. We had very few issues while living here, however when we moved out we cleaned the place top to bottom, we even had friends and family helping to make sure there was no way they could ding us for anything. The absolute only thing we knew we would get hit for was a couple of broken blinds (cheap as dirt blinds anyway). Just got a letter stating a bill for 2,369 dollars has been reported to my credit! Absolute crooks! No phone calls, no explanation of charges just straight to credit! Avoid at all costs!!!! Check out zillow rentals or anywhere else as these days you can rent a nicer house for about the same money!! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be checking what my legal options are! more ... hide ...
