*DISCLAIMER FOR EVERYONE!*As you see with many of the reviews here, these apartments are a horrible place to live. They have changed management THREE times within a year. I moved in back in august and I had to place an o rder for pest control that same day because my apartment had roaches and I never set foot inside prior to that day. I was told for weeks they would put up my blinds and they never did, so there was a big opening where people could just watch me from the front of my apartment until they fixed it almost a month later. As I mentioned earlier, this place has gone through three management changes and while they all have been horrible, this new one takes the cake. They lock the doors so you cant get in, dont answer emails or phone calls, and the property manager refuses to assist the residents.I represented myself in court and beat them when they tried to evict me after they accepted my money. They will retaliate against you if you know your tenant laws and what a landlord cant do against you. Trash overflows, the hallways are disgusting, the \"Renovations\" they did are cheap and peel. The floor is so squishy that it feels like your foot is going to call in certain spots, and there has been four shootings in the past year at these apartments. If you do decide to lease here after all these warnings, PLEASE do yourself a favor and research Landlord/Tenant laws! You will need it. more ... hide ...

Be careful with this place! This is going to be the first review I may have ever left on an apartment complex because I find little weight in doing so. But this complex is a scam and targets people to pay for a applicati on fee. I went to view and everything looked good as far as the showing property. Then was instructed to fill out an application. When we went to fill one out the apartment we viewed was no longer available. When I called into the office to see why the explanation was: Someone submitted an application 5 minutes after you viewed sorry. Not a problem seemed ok at first just move on and look into other places. Then about an hour later I get a call from the office saying applicants from a similar floor plan didnt submit documents in time, so it was open to apply to. Sounded a little like a scam but we loved how the property looked so took a chance as the front office lady seemed very nice and respectful. 2 days later we were denied based on nonsense! Been approved to 4 separate apartment complex with identical qualifications for rent more expensive. Dont fall for it look somewhere else! more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE ROACHES Moved in a month ago, had my move in planned for a month, come the day they didnt even remember I was coming, and didnt have my promised apartment ready, fine moved me into a di fferent one and committed to replacing floors and appliances that didnt work. Never happened, went without heat for 5 days(3 days before they brought space heaters) not to mention the worst part after a week started noticing ROACHES(never in my life have I seen an actual roach before this) then charged me 25 on my first month to get pest control here. Laundry is open from 1230-4 monday-Friday and they dont even unlock it for the scheduled time.Office manager was nice but after leaving 7 voicemails and never getting a response after multiple weeks of doing so its getting ridiculous, thought they were semi competent but clearly I was wrong more ... hide ...
