They put too high of speed bumps in, but went back and lowered them. Still the speed bumps are substantial enough I have to be careful going over them. Even at the speed limit which is 10 mph they jar me enough I have to be going practically 0. Which I have actually gotten stuck from being able to go over them being that careful. If I dont take this precaution my back can lock up. I digress the homes are nice though. So as long as you are careful of the speed bumps you might enjoy it here or meeting people here. more ... hide ...

The appartment manger in Scottsburg at the Village 1 Apts causes problems with her tenents, I understand it is her just but you cant act 100% professional one day and slouch and be crappy to everyone the next. Her an d he ex husband have divorced in the last months and shes started seeing a police officer whom responds to the calls for the appartment who is married. She has taken him from his wife divorced he husband and is now with the police officer ( completely messed up because he came here while she works for several months and even on her breaks she would meet him. Theyve gotten in trpuble already but they are back at it. Its not my only reason to say the building needs new management. She has lost 60lbs in the last few months for starters and let me tell you Its hard for me to loose 5. But she does not do her apparement inspections and if she does its 2 times a year or less, theirs bug issues between bed bugs spiders to cockroaches SHE WONT TAKE CARE OF no pest control we tell her where its close ming from she always says shes busy shes only busy because her boyfriend who should be at work himself is there all the time! Next theres her ingoring major problems and defects just because she doesnt want to report them, I will not go into detail but she is letting this place become a huge hazard to everyone. SHES FAILED 2 appartment inspections already one more and they have to close this place down.. but not everyone knows that but she does. Does she do anything but her boyfriend? No is he there all the time yes is she neglecting your tenants yes, someone needs to have her replaced and if you dont believe me ask for yourselfves! Last time she hand selected tenents that she knew liked her and would GIVE A POSITIVE RESPONSE. SHES A LAIR CHEATER AND SHE IS CARELESS OF OTHER ABOUT HERSELF SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIND OUT ABOUT HER THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. She is not gpod at what she does she knows shes doing wrong but still tries to manipulate people over her. If there was a number to call in on her she wouldve been gone last year. She needs to go more ... hide ...
