My husband and I lived here with our 2 year old and infant sons. We moved here on a time crunch and were very hopeful about our stay here and planned on being here two years. Sadly that is not the case anymore.Let me sta rt by saying that Shauna was GREAT to come to with any and all concerns. However, due to the lack of anyone answering the phones at the leasing office, Id say she possibly doesnt work there anymore. Literally. You cant get ahold of ANYONE. The phone rings and rings no matter how many times you call. I was told only one girl is working there now, but have yet to still receive a call back.Upon move in, there were spiders, broken lights, rusted vents, dirty tubs, and cob webs everywhere in the corners.That shouldve been a red flag right there. We were told maintenance would fix these things upon us moving in. The most that was done was the carpets were vacuumed. Which at the time, wasnt a big issue.Throughout the winter we noticed that our screens on our windows were not properly sealed, our front door was not sealed to the point you could see outside underneath it. Weve had an INSANE amount of spiders (which they do not spray for),, long hard shell Beatles, ants, and a centipede come through our front door because apparently maintenance doesnt have materials to fix it due to covid.Our railing in our bathroom fell off of the wall and a tile with it, so now a hole has been left in our bathtub the past six months.The biggest thing that has happened is my boys room flooding. We had a corner apartment and all of the carpet was soaking wet with ice cold water due to few storms that came though. The water came through the bottom of the walls and all maintenance has done is have a guy come out to clean the carpets and spray a disinfectant. They didnt check the walls for water damage or mold at all.The room is musty and you can see the water damage on the bottom of the walls.My boys are no longer allowed in said room.Overall, I wish I could go back in time and not sign the lease had I known we would be dealing with this, especially having two very young kids. Unfortunately, nobody seems to care here and I do not recommend these apartments.***UPDATE*** 7/9/21The day after posting my review I received a call to go over everything wrong with my apartment. The manager claimed she had never gotten my voicemails about the situation. Maintenance came a few hours later and worked on the bathroom and sealed my front door. However, one of the maintenance men told me he would be back the following day to work on my sons room (which has flooded again with recent rain), but he never showed. It has been 3 days since they came and I have yet to see a guy at my door. They claim to have completed all my work orders, but that is not the case at all. I wish there was some urgency considering my kids cannot sleep in their room, but what do I know¦. more ...
