I lived there for 4 yrs 2 different apartments for medical reasons. I loved it there, the manager Angela was very nice, helpful and kind. They changed maintenance staff a lot but each were kind and got the job done in an efficient manner and time. I had no problems while there and would definitely go back if I needed a place to rent again. I stayed in a Baker apt and a Florida apt which I liked very much. more ... hide ...

If we could give these apartments a 0 Stars I would not hesitate. NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. My family and I were set to move in on the 7th of June, move-in day comes and our apartment wont be ready for another month due to the carpets not being put in. They did not tell us anything even after we confirmed our move in date multiple times, and we had to move out by 5:30. They did not offer us any alternative, no apologies for the inconvenience, NOTHING. They were going to have us living on the streets with a 5month old child. Completely unprofessional property manager, did not speak to us once throughout this entire fiasco even though we were there throughout the entire day. Not only does their property manager, Jeanie, lack any sort of potential to work there but the leasing agents also cant answer a phone to save their lives. Countless calls trying to get basic answers all in vein.Thank you Abington apartments for the worst moving experience one can ask for!DO NOT LIVE HERE, MOVE OUT IF YOU DO, CANCEL IF YOU APPLIED more ... hide ...

I came to visit my mother in law and I must say who ever is in charge of these row house projects should be ashamed. None of the streets are plowed for it to be a block away from the mayor office. The streets are raggedy . Beyond repair. Once I enter the hallway you either smell a bad funky ordor or someone smoking weed. My mother in law house is in shambles. Her washer and dryer dont work. Her refrigerator doesnt get cold. She had a really bad roach problem now that problem turned into bed bugs. These apartments are worst then Delaney. Only plus they nice on outside. I wont recommend No one move here They over charge you for what? I cant wait til my mother take her section 8 somewhere else.This place is a scam beware. more ... hide ...
