I have lived here two years and I think this place is great. The maintenance staff is jolly on the spot when something breaks and the grounds are kept clean. However, the main reason I stayed for another year was the m anager and assistant manager, I can not say enough good things about them, they work with you no matter the situation and always are friendly. Unfortunaly I have to move, but will miss the management staff here. Just hope my next home is as good as this one. more ... hide ...

Very Unprofessional, I did my application & called and called to make sure I have everything in so my application could be processed. The lady told me she had everything and I was good , they me a move in date and everyt hing ( which had to get switched because the apartment I was supposed to move into floor caved in ) .. I was moving from another state , I quit my job , gave them my deposit as well as my current housing complex , I gave them my 30 days .. just for Belleville to tell me my application isnt finished and they have to collect some more information.. I dont recommend this apartment complex .. it is very unprofessional!! more ... hide ...

The maintenance here is the worst ever!!!! The property manager is extremely unprofessional. Worse decisions I ever made was to move there. It shouldnt take months to get things fixed and you should be able to get in tou ch with someone in the office at least every now and then. more ... hide ...
