This is my second time touring Waynedale Village apartments, once in 2015 and once in 2018. The positive difference with the new management / ownership (Bohouse) is extreme. They have improved the interiors and exterior of the buildings in almost every way. What used to be a questionable area now appears to be occupied by a great mix of residents. Management seems very active when it comes to maintenance, trash pickup and keeping the \"riff raff\" out. I did not end up renting here because they did not have the apartment size available that I wanted but as soon as they have a studio, I will be back. (it seems like their apartments are spoken for super fast after they become available). Also, they have done a really cool multi-colored door thing with one of their buildings. Seems like a pretty good place all around. more ... hide ...

My fam lives here.. they have field mice on and off. And always seem to have problems with the neighbors. And she stay to herself. The apartments are nice. Flats. They have a club house you can rent out for parties. Ther es a little park for the kids. . and i do mean little. I feel like the park could be cleaned up. There is a dog park. Its small too. There isnt anything toy/course wise for the dogs. Which would be nice to add. more ... hide ...

Horrible place. 30%of your income...I know it sounds good. But they are really good at swindling $$ out of people. I suggest you only live here if dont want to work ever. As soon as you earn any $$ they take 80%. You sho uld never ask relatives for $$ to help you pay rent. LaSalle park homes will count your relatives income as your(tenants) income even if family helps with the just a little. If all you have is SSI; they take 80%. If you receive child support; they take 80% . It was hard to leave; for me. Because you dont pay utilities; gas, electric, or water. As soon as I started working they raised my rent to +or- $500. And when my youngest started on her disability payments; they raised my rent to +or- $700. Its low income property. But they are seriously theives. They received their keys on the 5th of the month and I was fully moved out by 6th or 7th...yet they still tried to have me pay full months rent. I left that home in beautiful condition...never received my security deposit back; which was regulation. Horrific placeAlso ; extremely high crime rate and horrid bed bug issues only solved on the tenants dime#YOUVEbeenWARNED2018 more ... hide ...
