WORST PROPERTY MANAGER (Vanessa) and front office worker (Cindy) When it comes to dealing with their section 8 tenants, there is no in between! Theyre always right and youre wrong. Vanessa or Cindy refuse to hear any sid e of your side of the story and instantly threatened to kick us out because their section 8 tenants big pitbull almost attacked me and my family. I told the lady to get a better leash or give the dog to someone who can control and walk him, not him walk her. She wrote down my plate number and called the front office and said I said I was going to kill her, her son, and her dog. But what was said was if that dog gets off that leash and comes at us, I will kick him with my steel toe boots. When I tried to explain my side of the story I was told that \"The other person has been a long time resident and her story seems to be a little more believable!\" I told her exactly what I told the other lady, when it comes to my family I WILL DO whatever means are necessary to protect them. SMH Ive lived here for 5 years and never once have I complained or been complained on. All this place is worried about is making sure they MAINTAIN THE BARE MINIMUM SO THEY CAN KEEP RECEIVING THEIR SECTION 8 GOVERNMENT FUNDS!!! So needless to say we will not be renewing our lease with this place and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone who is looking to move in here, FIND SOMEWHWERE ELSE THAT VALUES THEIR TENANTS!! more ... hide ...
