I dont think i have been so disappointed. I had my car towed in a time when the country is struggling. I know that my car was parked in non vistor spot. But there is TONS of spot open so i was not taking up anyone spot. Also a sticker to warn individuals AT THIS TIME would have been greatly appreciated now not only do i have to figure out how to get my car out, because i am a teacher assistant i have to replace that 150 to pay rent to a company that could have made a better decision in this time. more ... hide ...

The one star is literally for the apartment because its beautiful. Everything about this place is horrible the front office people are EXTREMELY rude, non helpful, and definitely dont do much to help residents here. We went without an apartment manager for 3 months and they were not accepting my payments I would leave in the Dropbox, no one reached out to me or attempted to contact me but they sent papers and filed for me to be evicted. Within those 3 months my kitchen sink was clogged and garbage disposal was broken and I couldnt reach anyone. The number on the website for Hoffman is disconnected and when I call the Prairie properties I always get their voicemail. No one returns my calls to answer my questions or to help with my apartment issues. I do not recommend anyone staying here.PS. I dont write reviews but to anyone considering staying here please look at other places before trying to stay here the apartment is beautiful but thats it. more ... hide ...

I was there in 1984. I liked it because it gave me a place to live when I needed it most. It was connected to a very good mental healthcare center.
