Preserves At Fir Rd is a great place to live. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance is done in a timely fashion if anything goes wrong. Even the neighbors are very quiet, you dont hear a lot of noise f rom upstairs neighbors. The only bad thing is the long waiting list to get in. It took us over 2 years but the wait is really worth it. more ... hide ...

Great property. Ive been here from day one. My neighbors are fantastic and friendly. My only complaint ; the children. They are kids, however for some reason are allowed to play outside unattended and we all know the thi ngs kids can do. I know the staff has tried to work on it. My mother has had a leaky toilet since before Christmas. She also needs her shower head replaced along with her bedroom blinds replaced and this morning she placed a call her screen door fell off. The message she receive d back was maintenance is not available for the next month. This is unacceptable. I have noticed the elevator floor to go up has not been cleaned in months. It is dirty and even looks like blood or something is on it. When my mother first moved in 6 years ago this building was not like this. Former maintenance people were on the spot. I have sent multiple emails asking for her to get her maintenance issues fixed. No response. Ive asked if there is a portal that these request should go into, I have asked for that information and no feedback. My mother can call and no answer. She goes down and they refuse to see her without an appointment, but how can she make an appointment if they dont answer calls or return calls? I dont know what is going on there, but you need to get your staff to take care of their tenants. We are your customer you need to remember this and customer care is lacking! Very frustrated and disappointed to see such a nice complex take a dive in the past year. more ... hide ...
