(NO STARS REALLY BUT U HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO POST )Ill been waiting since Oct To Move In I Had 3 Different Move in Dates They dont answer the phone when you call or when they do answer they really dont have no information for you so I had to keep chalking someone finally answered and said they were new there I was told they no longer do walk-in they only go by appointment I had a appointment got there on time nobody never came out so I had to reschedule to come back in and when I did I was told I had to do another Application because mines was to old to do anything n also they wasnt able to except my documents that I already turned in so at the point I just said to cancel everything n give my money I havent heard anything from anybody i been calling every day no one has picked up the phone so I took it upon myself to contact kittles property I left a vm for them and no one has yet to get back with about my money DONT NOT MOVE HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME ¦ more ... hide ...

I looked at the one & two bedroom apartments just recently and they are very nice and very spacious. The halls and surrounding areas are very clean and prettily decorated by the tenants during all of the holiday seasons. It is a very quiet, secure, and a pleasant atmosphere of friendly people to be surrounded by. The office manager & staff was also very professional. more ... hide ...

My family and I absolutely love it here! The staff I have dealt with have been friendly and very helpful. Parking is always available as they keep up on unmarked vehicles, etc. Its also clean! Love the community feel and warm welcomes from the surrounding neighbors. Love that water is a flat fee, gas is included in our rent, and the in unit washer and dryer is a big bonus for us. The only real complaint I could give is that from time to time there are cars that definitely speed through the complex which worries me with kids playing outside. But youre always going to have those few people that regardless of the posted speed limit, etc still do the opposite. Other than that we have loved every minute of being here! more ... hide ...
